I can just confirm this bug on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, Shotwell 0.32.6. xdg-email and nautilus-sendto are able to add an attachment to a thunderbird email. Shotwell, however creates the email without an attachment.
Does anyone know, if that is fixe din 24.10 or 25.04?
