Public bug reported:

After upgrading gitk and git-gui packages to "1:2.34.1-1ubuntu1.12 ->
1:2.34.1-1ubuntu1.13" packages are not going to work. They are
displaying a messages like "git: 'hook' is not a git command. See 'git
--help'." . After I downgrade them, they work like before.
