Ubuntu. This is a well written report.

Can you test which dhcpcd configuration is needed to avoid the
inconsistent client IDs? Will adding "clientid" to /usr/share/initramfs-
tools/hooks/dhcpcd be enough or do we need to replace "duid ll" by
"clientid" or do we need to just drop "duid ll"?

debian/changelog says: "To ease testing, always use the link-layer
address as DHCP unique identifier (DUID-LL) for DHCPv6.". So in case of
changes we need to tweak the dnsmasq configuration in the qemu-net-
dnsmasq and qemu-net-iscsi autopkgtests.
