I have some comments about the mesa upload:

- update-maintainer was not run for these packages: spirv-headers 
directx-headers spirv-tools. Not a blocker, though.
- could a mesa update also affect internet browsers? If yes, could you please 
include a simple browser test case to the test plan? Perhaps on youtube, or 
some other page which uses 3D rendering features
- Potentially more critical: I see that this mesa update is removing the 
libglapi-mesa binary package. What is that about? It seems to still be a 
reverse dependency of non-mesa packages in noble, like bin:primus-libs.
