Public bug reported:
Hello,
since I upgraded to 25.04, when I start Filezilla there is a window that pops
up with this annoying message:
```
A local filename could not be decoded. Please make sure the LC_CTYPE (or
LC_ALL) environment variable is set correctly. Unless you fix this problem,
files might be missing in the file listings. No further warning will be
displayed this session.
```
So far it has not prevented Filezilla to work, but it is a bit annoying.
I checked all my locales and tried to get rid of it, I checked the
filezilla.xml file content, didn't find anything wrong, and all the
other files in ~/.config/filezilla are ok too, the ones with encoding
information are all setup to UTF-8.
And I have see on the Filezilla website, there is a new stable version
available. I am not sure they deliver any version ready to work though
and don't feel like compiling.
How can I help fixing this issue?
