+1 to release

I have verified this as part of my SRU training and
- this has aged accordingly
- the autopkgtest regressions have cleared up (update_excuses and pending-sru 
don't see that yet, because noble britney is failing to run; and plucky only 
cleared up after pending SRU).
- verification was performed correctly.

I want to nitpick that it's not entirely clear what the bits in the
output mean and what to check for (starts with 100 on ROME and 180 on
Milan); this could have been explained a bit better.
