[Impact]
Dell GhostRider comes with AMD STX/KRK Soundwire on AMD platform. It needs
the latest driver from AMD to have all audio function working correctly
[Fix]
Backport the patchset from AMD for ACP 7.0 and ACP 7.1 platforms and the fix
from 6.16-rc1

[Test Case]
1. Boot up the Dell GhostRider AMD laptops.
2. check with the aplay -l commands to see if any valid audio output devices.
3. Make sure the audio play/record function is working.
[Where problems could occur]
It adds support of the AMD STX/KRK soundwire on Dell GhostRider platform. No
regression expected at the current stage.
