Public bug reported:

Autopkgtests are currently failing on ppc64el [1] with "Note: The
following floating-point exceptions are signalling: IEEE_INVALID_FLAG",
but the actual test results are as expected.

Adding "Restrictions: allow-stderr" to debian/tests/control is most
likely sufficient for the tests to pass and allow the package to
migrate.
