* debian/rules:
- there are tests checking for hyphen-hu and hyphen-de presence;
add to B-D-A to get these run
- go sure and explicitely export LANG=C.UTF-8 in debian/rules and run
xmllint with --encode UTF-8 (otherwise fcfg_langpack_*.xcu and/or
main.xcd end up broken (no idea why this broke in the 25.8 builds,
now, though...)
* debian/patches/apparmor-allow-local-override.diff: include if exists
local/ profile
* debian/patches/apparmor-thunderbird.diff: allow read in .thunderbird
for profiles.ini and cert9.db
