Please try adding the kernel parameter: i915.enable_psr=0
You can put it in /etc/default/grub as part of:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="i915.enable_psr=0"
Then run:
sudo update-grub
and reboot.
If the problem keeps happening after that then please take a video and
attach it here.
