You are using an old version of the DisplayLink driver (evdi module):
ERROR (dkms apport): binary package for evdi: 5.2.14 not found
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 6.8.0-62-generic (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/evdi/5.2.14/build/make.log for more information.
dkms autoinstall on 6.8.0-62-generic/x86_64 failed for evdi(10)
So you you should remove the old version using appropriate uninstall method, or
manually:
sudo dkms remove evdi/5.2.14 --all
If you still need DisplayLink, either use the version of evdi provided
by Ubuntu (sudo apt install evdi-dkms) or update to the latest version
(6.1.1) from their site if you need more than the kernel module:
https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-usb-graphics-software-
ubuntu-611?filetype=exe
This not a bug in the kernel or Ubuntu
