Yes... it just recently broke.  I'm running the 6.11.11 now and it's
working again. I'm using it through a dell hub, but I've tested it via a
USB->USB-C converter as well.
All of these kernels do not work:

6.15.2
6.14.11
6.14.0.22.22
6.12.34
