Public bug reported:
I'm using Ubuntu 25.04 and the package with the bug is gnome-user-share
48.0-1.
I expected that I could set 'Require Password' and create a new password
and then mount my public folder by supplying the password. This is not
what happens though. When I try to mount my public folder and supply the
password I get an error message, "HTTP Error: unauthorized". If I turn
'Require Password' off it works as expected. I've tried it on two
computers with the same software and the problem occurs for both of
them.
It's unrelated but I'd like to mention that the URL displayed for the
share doesn't work.
