Public bug reported:

Not sure whether that is always Network Manager
Seems after return from suspend the systems becomes unresponsive for 1-2s more
seconds every 10-15s. One cpu got 100% load and some processes goes zombie.
NetworkManager main process is using 70-100% of cpu time while nm-auth-openvpn
is zombie

So I am not sure whether it is kernel, networkmanager or cpu problem
