From the logs:
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-5.15.0-1047-raspi
Using DTB: bcm2711-rpi-4-b.dtb
Couldn't find DTB bcm2711-rpi-4-b.dtb on the following paths:
/etc/flash-kernel/dtbs /usr/lib/linux-image-5.15.0-1047-raspi
/lib/firmware/5.15.0-1047-raspi/device-tree/
Installing into /boot/dtbs/5.15.0-1047-raspi/./bcm2711-rpi-4-b.dtb
cp: cannot stat '': No such file or directory
This has the symptoms of an old kernel partially installed.
The logs don't really show the full package status.
Do you still have linux-image-5.15.0-1047-raspi and its modules installed?
dpkg -L | grep 5.15.0-1047-raspi
