For now we will keep upgraded systems on systemd-timesyncd. Those can be
transitioned to chrony + NTS using:
$ apt-mark systemd-timesyncd auto && apt install chrony
** Changed in: systemd (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Invalid
** Changed in: ubuntu
Status: Fix Committed => Fix Released
** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Deferred
