It's not a big problem and I think it doesn't involve a lot of people but I 
find two different behaviours from my pc.
Adding a new user in setting/users/add new user if I set the password typing 
a
Ctrl+shift+u

The result is one letter a
If I type the same sequence on the login page the result is a blank field with 
no character 
I repeat for me it's not a problem and you can close this report
