As upstream community requested (https://lore.kernel.org/linux-
pci/[email protected]/T/), Can you help
collect 2 types of log:

 1) with the non-working kernel, add boot argument (dyndbg="file
drivers/pci/* +p") from the grub, then boot the kernel, upload the
dmesg.

 2) with the workable kernel, boot the system normally, run 'sudo lspci
-vv > lspci-working.txt', then upload the lspci-working.txt
