DpkgTerminalLog.txt shows that `dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration`
was executed and a dialog was presented.
When I run `sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration` on Ubuntu
25.04 (plucky) and abort the dialog, it will exit with error code 10.
So it looks like dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration was aborted and
causes the postinst to fail with that exit code.
