This was reported for 20.04 which reached its end of support.
In case this is still a bug in a supported release, please comment so
that the bug can be re-opened.
Also please use Launchpad`s add attachment instead of uploading to a
third-party web-site because those tend to die or its contents, be
removed, as was the case here.
