The systemd failure is in a very flaky test which is patching a file
provided by autopkgtest in a way that's no longer valid against the new
version of autopkgtest. The reason why the regression has not been
reported for other arches/releases is because the baseline has regressed
to a failure for everything else, due to the test flakiness.

The underlying issue in systemd will be fixed in the next uploads of
systemd by @enr0n, but until then this failure should either be hinted
through or the baseline allowed to regress, IMO.
