Apologies for the late reply on this! Could you please try disabling,
removing then re-enabling Livepatch by running the following commands?
pro disable livepatch
snap remove --purge canonical-livepatch
snap install canonical-livepatch
pro enable livepatch
Then please share the output of the following commands:
snap info canonical-livepatch
canonical-livepatch status
lsb_release -a
uname -a
journalctl -u snap.canonical-livepatch.canonical-livepatchd
