On oracular, issue is reproducible with bluez 5.77-0ubuntu2, not reproducible with 5.77-0ubuntu2.2, tested with nvidia-driver-570 (570.133.07-0ubuntu0.24.10.1) and Jabra Speak2 55 UC portable conference speaker.
