For the GCP package, fdutils isn't suggested anymore:
ubuntu@ubuntu2404:~$ apt show linux-image-6.14.0-1007-gcp |grep fdutils

ubuntu@ubuntu2404:~$
It's strange that some packages still suggests even other already don't.
