Hm, I am not sure we want to change the default here. The flip side of
your experience is that for users with batteries in good health,
shutting down too soon could be frustrating. The default cannot please
everyone, but that's why it's configurable.
I think that configuring an override (as you have done here) on an as-
needed basis is the best thing to do.
