Public bug reported:

I have an Raspberry Pi 5 and I usually install Ubuntu (E.g., 24.10) and then
upgrade to KDE Plasma using the command “sudo apt install kde-full”
The user feedback for system settings default is disabled.
Later I discovered that the user feedback in system settings will show if I use
the “sudo apt install kubuntu-desktop”

May be the development team can make sure the user feedback in system
settings is shown in both cases.
