rdkit and votca were removed in LP: #2097609
The rdkit build-dependency was dropped:
votca (2024.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Temporarily remove (optional) rdkit build-dependency, to break
migration logjam.
* Sphinx - remove unneeded link to html5shiv.js.
and votca built on ppc64el. In the next upload, the rdkit build-
dependency was restored, and votca no longer builds on ppc64el.
votca (2024.2-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Restore rdkit dependency (for xtp_autogen_mapping) on supported
little-endian architectures.
