that is odd, as the related changes went in per my analysis on comment #24

Are you on the normal kernel 6.11... of 24.04 when doing that and using the 
libvirt 10.0.0-2ubuntu8.7 from Noble too?
Because that is what I run and I do not get it:
  $ journalctl -b 0 | grep apparmor | grep libvirtd | grep daemon
  <empty>

We need to find what you do or do differently to trigger it.

Do you have an idea what part of the setup i might be? Has there been
any customization to the libvirt config, is anything unusual on the
hardware, ...?
