Public bug reported:

Problem description:
After upgrading the system to Ubuntu 25.04 with Kernel 6.14.0, the wireless
interface is no longer detected. This issue affects the Intel Corporation Alder
Lake-P PCH CNVi WiFi (rev 01) adapter.

The Wi-Fi worked correctly with previous kernel versions.

Observed behavior:

nmcli general wifi-hw returns "missing".

rfkill list does not show any Wi-Fi device (only Bluetooth).

Wired (Ethernet) connection works as expected.

Wi-Fi works correctly when booting into Windows on the same machine,
confirming the hardware is functional.

This issue has been reported upstream:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219967

It was fixed in Kernel version 6.14.3:
https://github.com/archlinux/linux/commit/69a9408a09220353b8ba0fa240ea181ec32235c1

I tested Kernel 6.14.3 and confirmed that Wi-Fi is working properly
again.

Request:
Please update the default kernel for Ubuntu 25.04 to version 6.14.3 or later to
include the fix for this Wi-Fi issue.
