Hello there, thanks for reporting. This is indeed a valid bug

The error message is clear enough to provide the workaround - installing
`perl-tk`.

Now, maybe at least the help text could be shown without the need for `perl-tk` 
I think. I am subscribing ubuntu-server, but I think a bug could be open 
upstream about this behavior:
