The version of Virtualbox in Noble is 7.0.16
If you're referring to the .deb package offered by Oracle for Noble, Ubuntu
doesn't have control of that. File a bug with Oracle:

If I'm misunderstanding and there is a problem with an Ubuntu package,
please clarify.
