Public bug reported:
Launched Software Update tool;
Started upgrade from 2024.10 to 2025.04
got a dialog box error saying couldn't upgrade, and a shell command to report a
bug.
This is an Ubuntu guest virtual machine running under virtual box on
Windows 11 host.
