On plucky, I could reproduce this issue on 6.14.0-11-generic on ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13.
After upgraded to latest kernel kernel 6.14.0-15-generirc, this issue is fixed. After I enabled the proposed, and on 6.14.0-17-generic, this issue is also fixed.
