Public bug reported:

I've upgraded to Ubuntu 25.04 and on this machine (and a completely
different machine, a VM) I utilize sddm as a display manager. In both
cases, the OSD (onscreen keyboard) is opened automatically, taking up
lots of space and me having to close the OSD before being able to select
the password input box and typing my password in there. These issues
were not present in 24.10 and I wanted to report them.
