Thanks for reporting.

When digging through the changelog, I found the graphical application
used GTK2 and was therefore disabled. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=967390 for more details.

I would assume that if the package was ported to a newer GTK version, it
could be re-enabled.
