For me, Apparmor in Ubuntu 25.04 broke OpenVPN inside of my docker
container. It prevented the OpenVPN process within the container from
reading the auth-user-pass file and from excuting the --route-up script,
despite this all working fine within the container's shell. Very
confusing to understand what was occuring and debug.
