Public bug reported:
after upgrade from oracular to plucky, pritunl server is not working
anymore.
i think it comes from this package:
libapparmor1/plucky,now 4.1.0~beta5-0ubuntu14 amd64 [installed,automatic]
because temporary workaround is disable apparmor for openvpn:
apt install apparmor-utils
aa-complain /usr/sbin/openvpn
** Affects: apparmor (Ubuntu)
