Indeed this confirms it:
libimobiledevice-glue-1.0.so.0 => /usr/local/lib/libimobiledevice-
glue-1.0.so.0 (0x000078d730da6000)
If you remove libimobiledevice-glue-1.0.so.0 and libplist-2.0.so.4
from /usr/local/lib the problem should be resolved.
