Attaching now my proposed debdiff for livecd-rootfs targetting 22.04, based on the current version available in jammy-updates.
Here's a link to a PPA as a proof of build: https://launchpad.net/~cnihelton/+archive/ubuntu/pplayground/+build/30661786 With that we aim to provide supported images from a single location, no dependency on MS Store. We'll build a WSL image of 22.04 using this patch of livecd-rootfs for subsequent testing. Once done, we'll request a specific review for 22.04. ** Patch added: "livecd-rootfs debdiff from jammy-updates" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-rootfs/+bug/2091293/+attachment/5874911/+files/jammy-livecd-rootfs.debdiff -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2091293 Title: [SRU] Move WSL to new Microsoft WSL package format To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-rootfs/+bug/2091293/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
