* d/p/u/fix-order-n-squared-device-walking-issue.patch,
d/p/u/avoid-opening-non-joystick-devices.patch,
d/p/u/initialize-udev-before-joystick-scan.patch: Address a performance
issue during joystick/gamepad detection, caused by device
enumeration. Speed it up by using udev info instead of opening each
device file.
