After installing 5.15.0-140 from jammy-proposed:

The issue can not be reproduced anymore, install and remove floppy module works
fine without any error in kernel log:
ubuntu@floppy:~$ sudo modprobe -r floppy
ubuntu@floppy:~$ sudo modprobe floppy
ubuntu@floppy:~$ sudo modprobe -r floppy
ubuntu@floppy:~$ sudo dmesg | tail -n 5
