I've just tried 25.04 on two different brands of laptop and the bug
doesn't happen on either. So the next step is to find out what's unique
about your machine.
Please run:
apport-collect 2109446
lspci -k > lspci.txt
lsusb > lsusb.txt
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text files here.
