Public bug reported:
Pressing Super+alt+8 to zoom with multiple displays results in a screen-
sized area zooming in the middle of my extended display; i.e. split
across the two physical displays. When I move the mouse the zoomed area
follows the mouse, and the area outside of the zoomed area stops
updating, it just displays the way it looked when the zoom was last
there. See attached image.
