Public bug reported: desmume 0.9.13-4 FTBFS on ppc64le: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/786568334/buildlog_ubuntu-plucky- ppc64el.desmume_0.9.13-4_BUILDING.txt.gz
While it has support for ALTIVEC instructions, it seems more suited for Apple and the usage is all over the place. I tried fixing them, but every fix just presented more new problems during compilation. Debian has also removed it on ppc64le: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1100973 ** Affects: desmume (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: update-excuse -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2107907 Title: [p-m] Please remove desmume from ppc64le To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/desmume/+bug/2107907/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
