Public bug reported:
An application can give itself any name on the dock. For example, the
package named "gnome-control-center" just displays a name of "Settings"
on the dock. This makes it hard to troubleshoot or ask questions about
the program, since there's no way to uniquely identify the package
you're interacting with in the GUI.
Right-clicking on the icon on the dock should show me the actual package
name, perhaps along with its install location and the location of any
files it uses. (MacOS provides this by default and I find it very
useful.)
