Public bug reported:

Currently, installing ntopng-data results in the following startup error
(which is more like a warning):

Apr 18 16:50:37 raspberrypi ntopng[63176]: [MacManufacturers.cpp:54]
ERROR: Unable to read /usr/share/ntopng/httpdocs/other/EtherOUI.txt

I can see that this file comes from wireshark, which is symlinked from
wireshark

http://salsa.debian.org/debian/ntopng/-/blob/master/debian/ntopng-
data.links?ref_type=heads#L20

Added here

https://salsa.debian.org/debian/ntopng/-/commit/d0e732c429bf39a60b019101a9e3788545620569

But wireshark itself seems to no longer ship this file

$ sudo apt-file search EtherOUI.txt
ntopng-data: /usr/share/ntopng/httpdocs/other/EtherOUI.txt

(apologies for using Salsa links, I'm not familiar with launchpad, but
I'm aware plucky is a trixie fork with backports).

** Affects: ntopng (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
