Let's focus on what non-nvidia users could get from this update, good or
bad.

Can we summarize what impact this update could have on non-nvidia
systems?

a) from the bug description: "... their passed-through GPUs will stop working 
until they either raise X-PciMmio64Mb to be large enough for their MMIO 
windows, remove X-PciMmio64Mb from their config (if PDMW's value is high 
enough), or add `pci=nocrs pci=realloc` to their guest kernel config to obtain 
the benefits of this patch."
So that's one impact.

What else? Nothing should change for non-nvidia users who do not fall
into category (a) above?

How obvious is the fix for case (a), if it happens? Is there a log
message that would give a hint? Could we add one, or doesn't it make
sense?
