Public bug reported:
Since the Gutsy version, my connexions commands for accessing to server
are not instantaneous. It past near 10 second before being taken into
account. This behavior is random, it occurs most of the time. This is
also depending on the internet connection. Let me remind you that this
does not happen with other IRC clients.
