I am also affected by this bug, running an Intel ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 with
a fairly (~1 month) old Ubuntu 24.04 install. The update pops up quite
often, even though I reboot immediately. SecureBoot is enabled, but no
FDE.

I attach the output of two consecutive invocations of `fwupdmgr
--verbose update`, with a reboot in between.
