New Informations:

The bug is in the `bnxt_en` driver. A fix already exists (commit
de37faf41ac5).

It appears that this fix is not yet included in the Ubuntu 6.8.0 kernel.
The current Proxmox kernel is 6.8.12-9, based on Ubuntu 6.8.0-58.60.

Would it be possible to include this commit in the next 6.8.0-based
Ubuntu kernel release?

As a workaround, GRO can be disabled using:

  ethtool -K <NIC> rx-gro-hw off
